A home for post graduates, Ingleton is a great house to share with its large modern kitchen which looks out onto the garden. This house is in the green suburb of south Lancaster, only 1.5 miles away from Lancaster University campus or an easy 15 minute bus ride into the city. There's a great bus service to Uni with the bus stop literally a few minutes walk from the front door or you can walk or cycle via the specially allocated cycle/footpath. The house is quiet and cosy so you can settle down into your studies.
All bedrooms are light and bright. There are 3 double bedrooms. Each is carpeted for cosiness with a comfy bed, desk & lamp, pin board, wardrobe, chair, double radiator and good sized double glazed windows.
The sitting room/diner is spacious - sit round a table and eat with your friends or lounge on the sofas with a Wifi enabled TV. There is a bike shed out the back with a south facing patio and a wild garden area.
We pride ourselves on being good landlords who a very proud to be accredited by Lancaster University, we also work to fulfil Lancaster City Council's housing requirements and most of our tenants stay for more than one year.

2022/24 Kevin: I have lived at the address for two years. The house itself is lovely and comfortable with useful and gorgeous equipment and furniture on the inside and outside. My room on the first floor was spacious and comfortable, with a bed that I miss dearly since I left the house. The biggest selling point of this house, however, is a gorgeous and spacious back garden that invites for barbecues and nice summer nights with friends and housemates. The house is located conveniently between the town centre of Lancaster, Cumbria University, and Lancaster University. The nearest bus stops are only a few minutes away and offer access to 5+ bus services to both campus, town, and long-distance destinations. The neighbourhood itself is residential with many families. This makes it a quiet and relaxed place, which is perfect for postgraduate students and researchers. Chris and Cengis are lovely landlords and have sorted all of the very few issues around the house quickly, thoroughly and with an eye for detail. I can highly and with good conscience recommend the property and both Chris and Cengis as landlords.

2021/22 George: Living at Ingleton drive was great, definitely the best house I rented while at Uni. I appreciated how quiet the area is and its closeness to University, Booths, the bus stop, and boot and shoe. The house has loads of storage space in the rooms and the kitchen and it was very convenient having the spare room for when people stayed over. The garden is pretty and has space for several bikes. Would absolutely recommend.

2017 to April 2021 Vincent:I have spent 4 years at the Ingleton drive house of Chris and Cengiz. The house is comfortable and is in a quite area with a nice neigbourhood. It is located in-between the city and the university campus. Chris and Cengiz are very helpful. When there are occasional small problems in the house, they are always very quick to reply to emails or phone calls. They never hesitate to come to the house to fix a problem if needed. They are reliable and environmentally friendly landlords. I can only recommend them to people looking for a comfortable home.
2019 Jessie: It was great living at 68 Ingleton! The house is in excellent repair and Chris was very responsive whenever there was an issue. The garden is absolutely beautiful and great for BBQs with friends or just relaxing-- I loved being on the lookout for our garden hedgehogs, and using the herbs for cooking! Loved the location halfway between campus and town, and good access to grocery store, pub, and bus stops.I highly recommend 68 Ingleton!
2017-18 Hi Chris, I finally handed in my first draft yesterday and I was really exhausted afterwards...I would love to see you guys again some time in the future and if you still need travel recommendations for Germany, just let me know. I just wanted to say that i had a really amazing time in Lancaster and I loved living in our little home. Thank you very much for everything.
