All are located within a few minutes’ walk from each other. Our Reception is based within 77 Penny Street, we have a 24 hours a day 7 days a week staff presence. A dedicated maintenance team who are on hand for all your needs day or night. Not to mentioned the Friendly & Helpful Reception Staff who are available 7 days a week 8am-8pm the team are on hand to help with any query you may have. Along with running our inclusive and free social programme.
What can we expect from our new home I hear you ask, well. Our residents can enjoy an all-inclusive rent which includes all bills, Wi-Fi with speeds up to 200mb, content insurance, student assist programme , CCTV, Fob entry access, secure post boxes and a weekly kitchen and hallway clean! All wrapped up in your rent payments. Which can either be paid as 1, 2 or 3 instalments. Each building comes with its own Laundry, provided by Circuit Laundry. We have a no deposit and no booking fee policy! In a couple and want to live together, not a problem, we can offer duel occupancy on our studios.
