Pointer House has a communal main entrance, with the building reception office next to it, then two floors of bedrooms and communal spaces. The ground floor has fourteen en-suite bedrooms, a large communal lounge with sofas and dining/study tables and TV, a large communal kitchen and laundry. 
On the first floor are another eight en suite bedrooms and large communal kitchen with dining table.

This is a real hidden gem in such a central location, so if you’re looking for an individual room with campus style living facilities and service but that extra freedom that comes with living off campus, as well as being in a fantastic central yet quiet location, then you’ll struggle to find anything else quite like this.

This accommodation has an on-site car park with four private spaces available to be rented on an annual basis. These are allocated on a first come, first served basis and are priced at £360 per year.
