Franklin Street is a lovely POST GRADUATE house, half way between Uni and town. The house has everything you need to feel at home with really comfy double beds and proper furniture. It is carpeted throughout, all windows are double glazed and it has gas central heating. Each bedroom room has its own individual feel. The shared sitting room/diner and kitchen give you a lovely social space to relax and cook in.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, cooker, large fridge freezer and a second freezer. It has back yard and a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The sitting room/diner also has a digital TV with wi fi for all. The bathroom is big and modern with a bath over shower. There are 2 large walk in cupboards for suitcases and things you might need to store - one downstairs and one upstairs.
It is on a quiet residential street with very easy access to buses. There is easy on road parking or a back yard to store your bike.
We pride ourselves on being good landlords who a very proud to be accredited by Lancaster University, we also work to fulfil Lancaster City Council's housing requirments. Most of our tenants stay for more than one year.

Chris provided a full brief of the property on my arrival, and was always prompt to respond to any queries. She was highly professional, yet friendly, in her approach to managing the property. Something that was highly beneficial was having an equipped kitchen, which saved the hassle of having to purchase/transport kitchenware. Extremely helpful and kind, provided support whenever needed, no extra charges, and our communication was more than just the owner-client necessary exchange. I could not have wished for a better landlady!The house is nice and cosy, perfect for students. Functional as well. Proper big fridge and enough storage space! Two bedrooms are quite big, and the other one is not too small. Definitely bigger than accommodation on campus.
The neighbourhood is fine, pretty quiet except when people wake up to go to work.2-minute walk from the bus station, 5-7 minutes bus drive to uni, a 40-minute walk to uni, 15-minute walk to the town centre, which is a nice exercise. Price is great, especially considering the alternatives. The campus was much more expensive, and other houses had less room / higher prices / not good support. I would absolutely recommend Chris and this property, hands down!
